1.  International Shipping

At Epiq Global Shop, we proudly ship our products worldwide. As a dropshipping store, we work with multiple international suppliers to fulfill your orders. This allows us to offer a wide variety of products at competitive prices — no matter where you live.

Please note that shipping times and costs can vary depending on your location and the supplier fulfilling the order.


2.  Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or your item is temporarily out of stock, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

Because our products are shipped directly from global suppliers, shipping times may vary based on your destination.

4.  Multiple Shipments

If your order contains items from different suppliers or warehouses, your items may arrive in separate packages at different times. Each package will have its own tracking number (if tracking is available).


5.  Tracking Your Order

We provide tracking information for most orders. You will receive a tracking number via email once your package has been shipped.

If you haven’t received tracking information within 7 business days, please contact us at support@epiqshop.com.


6.  Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Epiq Global Shop is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, and customs clearance).

Please check your country’s import rules before placing an order.


7.  Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.


8.  Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us at support@epiqshop.com, and we will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier or supplier.

  • We consider a package “lost” if it has not arrived within 60 days of shipping.
  • We will do our best to offer a replacement or refund for lost orders.

9.  Shipping Restrictions

Some products may not be available for shipping to certain countries or regions due to local laws, customs restrictions, or supplier limitations. If your country is affected, we will notify you and issue a full refund if necessary.
