Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.
Non-returnable items include:
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
- Personal care items (makeup, hygiene products, etc.)
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards and downloadable software
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email our support team at support@epiqshop.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team.
- Carefully package the item and ship it to the address provided in our response.
Important:
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include:
- A clear photo of the product issue
- Your order number
- A brief description of the problem
We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund depending on the situation.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–14 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:

- Contact your bank or payment provider—processing times may vary.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@epiqshop.com.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
If your cancellation is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges due to varying inventory availability. If you wish to exchange an item:
- Return the original item following our return process
- Place a new order for the item you want
International Orders
Please note that return shipping for international orders is the customer’s responsibility. We do not reimburse duties, taxes, or shipping fees for returned international items.
